Spa Policies

Please keep in mind that our Spa Policy is set in place to preserve the relaxing and stress-free environment of the spa. We thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellations and No Shows

If you need to modify or cancel your appointment, we ask for a 24 hour notice. When booking parties of three or more, the cancellation period extends to 48 hours.

In the event that you are unable to give sufficient notice, a cancellation charge for the full service may apply if we cannot fill the appointment.

Product returns

Frenchy’s Day Spa does not offer returns for products. We will exchange the unused portion of the product for store credit. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.


Guests under the age of 16 receiving services must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Cell Phones

Please keep all phones on silent and refrain from making any calls while in the spa.
